Laying the Foundation for the Next
30 Years

NDHU has long been known for its

beautiful campus, where the beauty of
nature harmonizes with academic rigor.
This year, we faced more challenges

from natural disasters than ever before,
but we have overcome them one by one.

These challenges have only strengthened
our resolve that our pursuit of balanced,
resilient, and sustainable development

is the right path forward. Following in
the footsteps of our founding president,

Dr. Paul T. Mu, and former presidents
Dr. Wen-Shu Huang, Dr. Maw-Kuen Wu,
and Dr. Han-Chieh Chao, I hope that all

faculty, staff, and students will join me
in steadily moving forward as we lay the
foundation for the next 30 years.
